We are excited to announce that Marlena Sanchez, Instructional Developer, attended and presented at the eLearning Guild’s DevLearn Conference & Expo, in Las Vegas, NV! DevLearn is where learning professionals gather to share and learn about innovative thinking and emerging technologies, explore the possibilities they present, and define how they can drive innovation within the learning industry. Marlena presented on Working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). She shared ideas on how to build relationships with SMEs, discussed different methods to obtain content and information from them, and reflected on ways to recognize what worked or did not work during a project to make future adjustments. She also demoed a module from our internal Curbell Selling System training program during the DevLearn DemoFest, a huge science fair-like event where participants showcase their eLearning projects and discuss the various learning solutions, software, and technology used to create the training.
