This November, nearly 500 students from 32 local high schools participated in the Ninth Annual Junior Achievement Stock Market Challenge. Curbell is proud to have been a corporate sponsor for this event. We even had phantom stock traded during the challenge.  As shared in the recent press release, “This event raised a record breaking $94,500 for Junior Achievement programs.  Proceeds from the JA Stock Market Challenge support the event as well as Junior Achievement’s financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and career & work-readiness programs for kindergarten-12th grade students. In the 2016-2017 school year, Junior Achievement of WNY enriched the lives of 13,928 students in 148 schools and community organizations throughout the eight counties of Western New York.” To learn more, please visit: https://www.juniorachievement.org/web/ja-wny/ja-stock-market-challenge
