Stephanie Booker, Production Control Manager, and Jean Rahuba, Customer Service Manager, received Values in Action Awards for their exemplary demonstration of the Curbell Values and Behavior Codes during Customer Service Week.

Doug Rockwood, Executive VP of Sales and Customer Service, shared this nomination story:

Customer Service Week has become an annual opportunity to recognize the efforts of a number of our colleagues who play an integral role is satisfying our customers’ requirements with, oftentimes, not a great deal of fanfare/recognition. As a new “wrinkle” during the last two years of Customer Service week, 2015 and 2016, Jean Rahuba and Stephanie Booker have organized a charitable fundraiser component of this annual event which has, without question, benefitted a number individuals who are in need of assistance and/or support. Members of our active military, as well as the Food Bank of WNY, have benefitted from the fundraisers that Stephanie and Jean have organized and executed. Organizing fundraisers, like these, are clearly not requirements of their roles here at Curbell. Their acts of kindness and compassion are clearly “above and beyond” the call of duty and, in my opinion, really help to define who we are as an organization.

Thank you for your above and beyond contribution!
