For nearly 25 years, Ralph has been demonstrating these characteristics and qualities. All who have had the pleasure of working with Ralph throughout the years will attest that the contributions he has made to our organization are consistent and immeasurable. Ralph is both a leader and a team player, enthusiastically sharing his knowledge to make his peers and our customers successful. Ralph recently played a significant role in solidifying a large, 3 year exclusive contract with the Cleveland Clinic for our cordless fall monitoring system. The trials lasted 7 months and required Ralph to work nights and weekends to ensure the nursing staff, over 1000 nurses, had a thorough understanding on how to effectively use and embrace our products. Ralph’s passion to serve our customers is also exemplified through his work with Cardinal Health Canada, a billion dollar organization that has grown to be our top reseller for Fall Management solutions and has awarded Curbell #1 in field support among all their suppliers for 4 years in a row.
