Nomination Story

We recently worked through a customer complaint where 1,510 Pillow Speakers required on-site rework in Montreal, Canada. We needed a team of 4 employees to spend a week at the facility to correct the units already dispersed throughout a very large facility – 19 floors and covering 2 city blocks!  Bob Hill, Christina Hobbins, Bryan Jones, and Tony Boles were quick to volunteer for the trip.

The team traveled to Montreal, met up with Mike Galas and worked for 5 days to complete the job. They worked from room to room through every inch of the hospital to locate the units and perform the rework. After putting on about 10 miles/day covering all floors and rooms they completed the task on time and with several accolades from the customer.

The team deserves to be recognized with the Values in Action award for the extra effort put forth to complete this unusual task and for spending time away from their families in a foreign country to make a correction to satisfy our customer.

Thank you for your above and beyond contribution!
